As human Beings in the present world the main
source of survival for the source which helps each and every individual to be
civilized in this society is the “Job, Occupation” they
are handling. In our lives some of us find the dream job we wanted to have and
some of us find the least expected job as the survival method (Shaju & Subhashini, 2017) . When you find the
least expected job some of us tend to let go of it and find a new carrier that we are dreaming to have while some of
us decide to stuck in the same job forever. The longer we stay in a least
expected job the
amount of the
dissatisfaction and the frustration we have on our life is more. Sometimes our dream job can be frustrating
too. If you do not tend to change the dissatisfaction nature of your job then
the day to today work life will end up been a night mare to you. So what is important is to find way to make
ourselves happy or adjusted to the work that we are doing in a proper way.

Due to the importance it has on the employees’ life both organizations and employees tend to concern on this factor before they select what occupation they want to do and what type of people they want to have in the company to work for them. Therefore, it can be mentioned that Job Satisfaction can be defined as one of the important factors of the employees’ life cycle and also to remain motivated and loyal to the organization they are working. In order to achieve this organization itself play a major role in the employees’ work life. It is important that both employer and employee co-operate with each other on achieving job satisfaction to have long term survival for both company and the employee.
Many
authors have given different explanations on Job Satisfaction. In simple terms
this can be defined as the level of contentment a particular person feels on
their job (Yousef, 2000) . This is factor
which goes beyond the daily duties of them to cover the satisfaction of them
with their team, managers, members, organizational policies and also the impact
that it has on their personal lives. As
per a survey done The Conference Board (U.S) in 2019 it was found that the job
satisfaction is currently at its’ highest point in 20 years.
